No. 06 Security & data
Security is the product.
For a product whose pitch is control, security is the product. Everything below is stated as a mechanism, with its honest status — nothing is claimed that isn’t built.
The mechanisms
◆Human signature on every outbound action. Agent frameworks interrupt before any send, post, or payment. Architectural — there is no configuration that removes the gate for irreversible actions.
◆Immutable audit log. Every draft, edit, decision, and send is recorded and replayable.
◆Deployment. Runs in your cloud (VPC) or fully on-premises. Local-first builds exist across the lab; nothing phones home.
◆Model-agnostic routing. Multi-provider routing with fallback chains. No single vendor dependency — swap providers, keep the OS.
◆No training on your data. Contractual. Your data never trains our models or anyone else’s.
◆Jurisdiction-aware storage. DPDP- and GDPR-aware architecture; India-jurisdiction storage options are part of the design, currently design-stage.
Certifications — honest status
None held today. No SOC 2, no ISO badges will appear on this site until they are real. This page will state each certification the day it exists — and states their absence until then. See the audit trail.
Questions we answer plainly
- What happens when a draft is wrong?
- You edit it or reject it — that is the product working, not failing. Nothing wrong can ship, because nothing ships unsigned. Corrections are logged and inform future drafts.
- Can an agent ever act without approval?
- Reversible internal actions (drafting, triaging, reading) run freely. Outbound or irreversible actions — send, pay, file, post — always stop at the signature. There is no override.
- Do you train on our data?
- No. Contractually. Your data grounds your drafts and nothing else.
- Which AI models do you use?
- Whichever serve the task — routing spans frontier and open-weight models with fallbacks. You can constrain the set, or run local models for sovereign deployments.
- What does a pilot look like?
- A few teams per month, hands-on onboarding, one department’s real drafting workload, human approval on from day one. Request one.
